4- Is The Pacific Institute hiring?

With a corps of multi-talented, multi-generational experts, all with a variety of skills suited to an international consulting organization, we are always on the lookout for experienced, high-performance sales personnel. (We refer to our certified sales representatives as "Project Directors," who are paid on a commission-only basis.) For more information on employment opportunities, contact cwatson@pac-inst.com.

5- How can I become a facilitator?

Since the majority of our business is with organizations, most of the people certified to facilitate the Institute?s many programs are within client organizations. Our specialized "train the trainer" model is a part of any larger implementation plan. These client certifications are valid for specific Institute programs, and are only good as long as the licensing agreement is current between The Pacific Institute and our client. Once that agreement is lapsed, the facilitator certification ends.

We do add to our "in house" facilitator corps, and the process to become a Pacific Institute contracted Facilitator is the same as that to become a Project Director. For more information, please mail cwatson@pac-inst.com.

6- Where do you hold your Investment in ExcellenceŽ seminars?

The seminar schedule you will find out the website is for our International Headquarters in Seattle, Washington USA. We have a specially-designed seminar space in which the Investment in Excellence, facilitator trainings, and PX2™ events are held. The Taking It to the Next Level "live" events are held at The Westin Hotel in downtown Seattle. Occasionally, some of our Project Directors schedule IIE seminars in other cities around the United States and Canada. For more information on those events, please see the ?Other Seminars? page on this website.

7- What are the seminar times?

8- Do I need to do any pre-work before the seminars?

Working with multi-national organizations is another service offered by The Pacific Institute. We customize the organizational implementation to suit your needs, to help you meet your goals. 12- How does an implementation work within an organization?

When you work with The Pacific Institute, you drive the implementation of whatever programs and processes you need to achieve your goals. Through an intensive diagnostic process, both the client and the Institute discover the core challenges that are keeping your organization from performance excellence. Measureable benchmarks are set - your benchmarks, not ours. Factor in time enough to accomplish the benchmarks, and a logical, step-by-step implementation plan is created. Professional courtesy and sensitivity are found at every point in the plan.

13- Who does your curriculum production?

The Pacific Institute?s various programs are created in-house, with some of the most creative, innovative talent we can find. Our own Curriculum and Standards Committee ensures the highest quality production values in our video, audio and print materials. Some programs are created by our International Offices, to better suit the needs of the local populace. Others, like the new PX2™ are created out of our International Headquarters in Seattle.

14- Are your programs available in languages other than English?

To fill specific needs, over the years certain programs have been translated into additional languages such as Vietnamese, Urdu, Portuguese, etc. For more information on specific languages, please feel free to contact cwatson@pac-inst.com.
